Returns & In-Store Credit
We want you to love your artwork. If you're not fully satisfied, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery or purchase. We offer in-store credit only, minus any shipping costs.
Returns must be received within three (3) days of notification, in original condition and packaging when possible, using a trackable shipping method. In-house credit will be issued within three (3) business days of receiving the artwork.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos immediately — both of the unopened package and the damaged artwork. If possible, ask the carrier to document the damage. Contact the gallery, and we’ll work with you to file a claim and either replace the artwork or receive in-store credit if the piece is unable to be replaced.
